  • Telephone Orders: Give us a call at 715.833.8899. We are located in the Central United States time zone and can accept payment with Visa or Master Card. Should you get our answering machine slowly leave your name, and your day or evening phone number including the area code. Please tell us the best time of the day to return your call and include your time zone.
  • Mail In Orders: Mail orders are also accepted. Our address is: Plets Express, 312 S Willson Dr, Altoona, WI 54720. We accept Visa, MasterCard, US checks, and US money orders. Your order is normally processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. If you'd like to mail in your order, a printable order form is available from our website.
  • Online Orders: Order online through the Plets Express eBay Store.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All of our DVD and Blu-ray discs are in the NTSC format and are region free. We request that all international orders be placed through the Plets Express eBay Store for accurate shipping charges.

All Wisconsin customers will have 5.5% sales tax added to the cost of their total order.

Our DVD and Blu-ray videos are guaranteed against manufacturing and duplication defect. If your disc is found defective, please be sure and check it thoroughly, clean the disc properly and retest it to ensure playability (see disc cleaning instructions below). A returned disc should have a short description of the problem and where it can be found. It can be returned only for an exchange of the same title and the exchange must be made within the first 60 days after the invoice purchase date. Simply return the video and a copy of the invoice and Plets Express will cover the additional postage cost at the U.S. First Class mail rate.

Playback problems and solutions

99% of all playback problems on a DVD/Blu-ray are caused by either a dirty or scratched disk. To ensure the best quality, Plets Express has mastered and duplicated their discs right to manufacturing specifications. We use only high quality DVD/Blu-ray discs.

Important: Please check the bottom of the disc. Is it dirty, smudged or scratched?

Instructions for Cleaning a Disc:

  • To clean, use a soft, dry cloth that produces no lint (such as a lens cloth or a clean T-shirt)
  • Clean the bottom of the disc only (never the top) with straight easy strokes from the center to the outer rim. Never clean in a circular motion.
  • For stubborn dirt, use a solution of water and mild dish soap. Wring out the cloth and then clean, rinse, and dry the disc as explained in the steps above. Never use anything except water and mild dish soap, doing so could permanently damage your disc.

Storing and Protecting a DVD/Blu-ray: Remember to handle disc only by the edges and always put them back into their cases to protect them from dirt, smudges, and scratches.
